Track any number of personal and company attributes, notes, purchases, and interactions with reporting systems for automating letters, faxing, and e-mailing correspondence. An eMail Blasting module is included which works with any eMail Engine and Word. Other modules are available for sales, quoting, campaign, training, tech-support, data mining, reporting, product, and recurrency services. UCAP delivers all customer data immediately to permit live interaction with the customer. Data is presented from company or personal perspectives with built-in work-flow structures to simplify live updates. Import, export, and Web interfaces are provided.
