ReadytoPrint Organizer prints weekly, monthly, or yearly calendars and daily to-do lists. It also saves addresses and other contact information for printing envelopes, labels, business cards, and even CD covers. Though it helps organize appointments, there's no reminder system to alert you of upcoming events. In the past we complained that this program's interface was a bit too hard to use, but this time around, we didn't have any problems. The main window has well-labeled icons for most major functions, which also can be accessed via menu items. Overall, this is a useful organizer for busy businesspeople.
