While it offers an impressive selection of tools, the program is complicated and frustrating to use and requires Web design skills.The program's interface deceived us after our first impression. Although Ezimerchant has a professional-looking layout, we needed to revisit the Help file constantly. We were able to quickly build the skeleton of a Web site featuring a Home page, an About page, and more. While we were able to customize text, images, and the design template, we were disappointed by the results, which looked shoddy and obviously showed that we had no Web design skills. We were completely confused when we moved on to building up our store. While we were able to populate our inventory with ease, we couldn't uncover how to create a page where visitors can purchase the products and check out. We constantly felt this program was designed for those with previous Web-building experience and not for novices. It provides some interesting features, such as the ability to apply promotions and gift vouchers, but we can't see the point since we couldn't successfully build an e-commerce site where customers could use them. Newcomers should stay far away from this program, but experienced designers may have better luck with it.Ezimerchant Professional is limited to a 30-day trial period. Although it has a professional layout, this program is not for everyone, and we do not recommend it.
