It offers several built-in templates, and the ability to add your company's logo. Unfortunately, the e-mail feature failed to work for us.The program's interface is fairly easy to use, though we did have to hunt for some features. We previewed the sample fax sheet that we had created and decided that we wanted to include our logo on the sheet. Figuring out how to do it required a visit to the Help file. The only file type that you can use to include your company logo is a Bitmap. It is unfortunate that the more common JPEG and GIF files are not supported. We were excited to see that there is an option to e-mail your fax cover sheet. This is a timely feature, as a great deal of business that was formerly conducted by fax is now done via e-mail. Unfortunately, we could not get this function to work. We made another visit to the Help file, but were unable to find instructions for e-mailing our fax cover sheet.This is a 30-day trial version of the software. We had no difficulty installing the application, but when uninstalling it, a folder was left in our Program Files. If you do a lot of faxing and want an easy way to create a cover sheet, this program will suit your needs. However, if you do most of your business with e-mail, then this program will not be very useful to you.
